Riding & Horse Management Skills Private Classes

We offer private 1:1 and group riding lessons for complete beginners to advanced level riders and have a variety of horses to suit. Our focus is on a strong foundation of the riders balance, control and correct position. We encourage all our riders to be involved with our horses and their welfare so we include an element of horse management skills within our lessons. Our dedicated Instructors strive to help you reach your personal goals in a safe, supportive, and fun environment.

Private Lessons - $175 – 50 mins or $105 – 30 mins

Group Lesson – 1hr $120 per person for 2 to 4 riders or 1.5hr $115 per person for 5 to 8 riders per group.

Helmets must be worn at all times and are provided for you. Please wear closed in shoes with a smooth sole and long pants.

All lessons are conducted in safe & enclosed areas.

Lessons are available Friday, Saturday and Sundays between 7am and 4pm and additional days during the school holidays.

Bookings are essential.

Weight limit of 95kg - please note we have scales available to use on the day to check weights if required.

Trail Riding Lesson - $185

We offer one hour trail riding lessons for the intermediate rider.. try a riding lesson with a difference!  You will be taken out on one of our many trails, and given the opportunity to further develop your skill by riding through different terrain and changing environments.

One hour trail riding lesson – $185

Helmets must be worn at all times and are provided for you. Please wear closed in shoes with a smooth sole and long pants.

Group Horsemanship and Riding Skills Classes - beginner, intermediate and advanced.

Fridays - 10am Intermediate

Saturdays - 8am Advanced, 9.30am and 12.30pm Intermediate, 11am Beginner

Sundays - 9am Advanced, 10.30am Intermediate, 12pm Beginner

Whether your goals are to gain confidence around horses, learn to fit gear correctly or learn the basics about owning your own horse our coaches will provide you with the skills to do things correctly and in a safe manner. From the ground up into the saddle!

These classes will be run in limited place groups, so please ensure you book ahead. Attendees must wear long pants and enclosed flat shoes.

Bookings are essential.

Saturday 11am Beginner class is a 1hr class - max 4 students

All other classes are 1.5hr - max 8 students

Booking and payment conditions

To secure your booking we will request a non-refundable deposit, remaining payments can be made on the day via cash or card. Please note tap and go or credit card payments may incur a surcharge.

We ask you to understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel, we respectfully request at least 72hrs notice. Missed appointments, less than booked riders attending, not arriving on time or appointments cancelled without 72hrs notice, will require full payment. Deposits refunds with more than 72hrs notice will incur a $10 administration fee.

It is very important that on the day of your ride, you arrive AT LEAST 30 mins prior to your ride time to ensure you are present for the safety and instruction briefing and have your helmets fitted. Late arrival and non attendance during the briefing will result in a missed ride and refunds are not given.

To ensure safety on our rides, all riders must be able to understand basic instructions in English.

We assess the weather and ground  on the day of your ride, if it is necessary we will contact you in the morning via text message to re-schedule your ride at a time that suits you. Your deposit will be credited to you via a voucher and can be used for your next ride or as a gift to someone else in this event. Please note riding does go ahead in light or intermittent rain.
