About Sydney Horse Riding

Sydney Horse Riding is set on a beautiful rural property surrounded by natural bushland, offering a peaceful place for our horses to live and for riders to enjoy spending time with them. The property provides plenty of space for our horses to graze, exercise and simply be horses, alongside the arenas and facilities we use for riding and training.

Experience Built Over a Lifetime with Horses

Sydney Horse Riding is owned and operated by Tracey, whose experience with horses began when she started riding and owning horses at just six years of age.

Her experience spans decades of riding, horse ownership, training and coaching, including more than 20 years as a riding coach. Tracey holds Equestrian Australia qualifications and has trained and competed her horses in dressage through to FEI Intermediate A & Intermediate B levels on her beloved mare Aaria, bringing both extensive practical experience and formal equestrian knowledge to Sydney Horse Riding.

That experience also shapes the way we approach our horses. We genuinely love horses and believe their wellbeing should come before their work. Good horsemanship isn't only about what happens while a horse is being ridden; it includes their everyday management, nutrition, physical health, training, environment and the opportunity to enjoy life outside of work.

Our Horses

Our horses are at the heart of Sydney Horse Riding. They have different personalities, backgrounds, abilities and preferences, and getting to know each horse as an individual is an important part of working with them.

We aim to provide them with a life that balances their work with good nutrition, appropriate exercise and training, professional health care, paddock time and plenty of opportunity to relax with their herd.
